Summer Library Program

An exciting summer full of programs, events, and reading awaits you at the library and in the community. Visit our calendar for a full listing or pick up a print copy at the library.

2018 Sponsors

No summer would be complete without our sponsors. Sponsors donate money, goods, or services to the library to support the Summer Library and Reading Programs. We are truly grateful and hope that you will acknowledge their support when you patronize their business or see your community members around the area.

Summer Reading Programs

June 11 to August 17

We are pleased to offer summer reading programs for a variety of readers:

Children
• Read to Me – for babies, toddlers, and children who are not reading on their own yet
• Readers – for children who can read on their own (primarily ages 6-11)
Both groups can be read to or listen to audiobooks. Children receive a free book for each 90 minute reading level they complete. Gently used children’s books are still needed for this purpose, especially board books and beginning readers.

Teens

Adults

Full rules and details for each program are available at the library along with reading logs.
Family Fun Day
